SHAKAR, is an ongoing mature dark fantasy, sword and sorcery/soul story set on a continent inspired by pre-colonial African cultures, myths and histories, teeming with all manner of dark secrets and cosmic horror mysteries.
This issue (SHAKAR: THE EYE OF THE MIDNIGHT GOD), follows an “unnamed” outlander who awakens to find himself the last survivor of a brutal massacre of a caravan nestled deep in a cruel desert known as Karshen.
The story recounts the events of the previous night which led up to his current predicament. Unveiling how one night of passion can quickly turn to madness and horror due to the actions of a single man and how that alone can lay the groundwork for even darker and deeper prophecies.
This Book is intended for a mature audience (Age 17+).
