She is the goddess of rivers and oceans. She is friends with Ani and they would be often seen together ridding on a massive python which has parts of it on land and parts of it in water. Idemili  is  thought  to  be  a  seductress  of  handsome  fishermen. She  is  also  the  goddess  of sexuality and fertility, gifting babies to women who are otherwise barren. Idemili has had it with the folly and wickedness of mankind that she thinks there is no redemption for humans except for CHUKWU to bring his judgment of doom on earth. She chooses to stay neutral in the great war but her friend Ani often tries to convince her to join the side of the Allied Kingdoms.
